• Digital Subscriptions: Once a subscription is active and has been utilized (messages sent or images generated), we do not typically offer refunds.
• Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase *only if* the service has not been utilized beyond the free-tier limits.

Cancellation vs Refund

It is important to understand the difference between cancelling your plan and requesting a refund:

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refund: A refund terminates your Pro access immediately and returns the funds to your original payment method.

Special Circumstances

If you believe there has been a billing error or technical fault on our side (e.g., failed generation but deducted credits), please reach out to our team. We review every request manually and prioritize fair outcomes for our users.
