VERVE AI provides access to specialized AI models and creative tools. These terms govern your use of the website located at verveai.in and all associated services.
User Responsibility
To maintain a safe and productive environment, you agree to the following:
- Accuracy: You understand that AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate. You should verify critical information, especially from Legal, Medical, or Finance specialists.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials provided via Clerk.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform for illegal activities, generating deepfakes without consent, or bypassing the Platform's safety filters.
Intellectual Property
We believe in empowering your creativity:
- User Ownership: You own all outputs generated by you through the platform (images, code, documents), subject to these terms and the terms of our underlying model providers.
- Platform Rights: All Platform code, logos, designs, and non-user-generated content are the exclusive property of VERVE AI.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are managed through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled via your dashboard settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Limits: Usage limits (e.g., number of messages, image generations) depend on your chosen tier. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VERVE AI makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI specialists provide information for informational purposes and do not constitute professional binding advice.
